Dinner

  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cups of almond milk
  • 2 soy or tofu dogs (no buns)/ 1 Portobello mushroom cap
  • half a banana
  • half a cup of carrots

Vegetarian Military Diet Plan Day 3

Breakfast

  • 1 small-sized apple
  • 2 slices of firm silken tofu
  • 5 saltine crackers

Lunch

  • 1 slice of bread (preferably whole wheat)
  • 100 grams of cooked beans

Dinner

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 150 grams of tofu
  • half a banana

Military Diet Vegetarian – Days 4 To 7
